About Us
Edmonton Custom Packers is a family owned
and operated (third generation) local
butcher shop, since 1974, located in
northeast Edmonton, specializing
in European deli meats.
Being the only abattoir in Edmonton, we
provide custom slaughter and
processing
of beef and pork.
We offer a wide variety of beef and pork selections (both smoked and fresh).
All our products are gluten free, preservative
free and made-in house
(on site processing, curing and smoking).
